Dow Settlement
If you have not already registered, call SF-DCT (866)-874-6099 to file a "late" claim. After you have filed a late claim, please call our office.

  • June 1, 2006 Deadline to file Rupture Claims
  • June 1, 2006 Deadline to file Raw Materials Claim (Class 7)
  • June 1, 2006 Deadline to file 'Other Medial Products' Claims (cheek, chin, hand, wrist, hip, knee, etc. implants)
  • October 20, 2008 “Notice of Intent” claimants must submit Explant and Rupture claims to the SFDCT (if you have not had your Dow Corning implants removed, you must do so prior to this date to be eligible for explant and rupture claims as a NOI/conditional Dow claimant)
  • June 1, 2014 Deadline to remove implants for Explant Claims (for implants removed after December 31, 1990)
  • June 1, 2019 Deadline to file Disease and Increased Severity Claims
  • June 1, 2019 Deadline to file expediated release

Revised Settlement Program (RSP)

  • December 15, 2010 Deadline to file claim for Revised Settlement Program (RSP) and increased severity claims
